This is Forever Manchester
Forever Manchester is the only charity that raises money to fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester. They fund and support over 1,300 community projects each year, such as mental health support groups, disability groups, junior football teams, food banks, refugee support networks, and knit & natter groups.
How we're supporting
The Manchester Building Society Community Fund’s focus will be on projects that provide work and employability support services, with priority also given to those that foster diversity and inclusion. Broader community initiatives will also be considered with the aim of backing a range of organisations across the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.
For our first round we’re making a £30,000 donation to support projects that focus on employability. This will empower Forever Manchester to give small grants to local community groups across the Greater Manchester boroughs.
Applications will be judged by a panel made up of community funding specialists from our team at Forever Manchester and community ambassador colleagues from Manchester Building Society.
